电针对慢性炎症疼痛大鼠下丘脑ENK与脊髓OFQ含量的影响

摘    要:目的观察电针对炎症疼痛大鼠下丘脑脑啡肽(ENK)、脊髓孤啡肽(OFQ)含量的影响,探讨单穴电针治疗慢性炎症疼痛的机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、针刺组、电针组,酶联免疫法检测大鼠下丘脑ENK与脊髓腰段OFQ的含量。结果与正常组比,模型组大鼠下丘脑ENK与脊髓腰段OFQ的含量无明显升高(P>0.05);单侧针刺组下丘脑ENK与脊髓OFQ含量比模型组升高(P<0.01、P<0.05),单侧电针组下丘脑ENK与脊髓OFQ含量比模型组升高(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论单穴针刺与电针可缓解慢性炎症疼痛,其机制可能是与加强中枢ENK、OFQ的合成和释放有关。
