女性盆腔囊性病变的多层螺旋CT鉴别诊断

目的：分析女性盆腔囊性病变的多层螺旋CT（MSCT）图像特征，提高MSCT诊断女性盆腔病变的准确性。方法选取2010-2013年收治的女性盆腔囊性病变患者68例（89个病灶），均经病理及手术证实，所有病例行多层螺旋CT平扫、增强扫描及多平面重建，分析其CT图像特征及诊断结果。结果本组68例患者共发现89个囊性病灶，囊性病灶大小15～209 mm；其中良性74个，恶性15个；CT诊断定位正确81个病灶（91％），定性正确69个病灶（78％）。其中卵巢囊性畸胎瘤12例14个病灶；卵巢囊腺瘤10例12个病灶；卵巢囊腺癌4例9个病灶；卵巢内膜异位囊肿11例15个病灶；卵巢囊肿16例21个病灶；输卵管脓肿6例9个病灶；盆腔囊性感染性包块5例5个病灶；其他4例。结论各种盆腔病变的MSCT扫描图像均有较明确的特征性表现，MSCT对女性盆腔囊性肿块定位及定性诊断具有较高价值。

Multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of cystic masses in the female pelvis

Objective To analyze the characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） image, in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of cystic masses in the female pelvis with MSCT. Methods Sixty-eight patients with 89 proved cystic masses in the female pelvis in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were collected; All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT scan and multi-planar reconstruction（MPR） and then their CT data was ana-lyzed. Results Of 89 cystic masses, 74 were benign, 15 were malignant. The accurate number of CT orientational diagnosis was 81 cases （91%）, the accurate number of CT diagnosis of natural decision was 69 cases（78%）. All cystic masses included following diseases： ovarian cystic teratoma （12 cases ,14 masses）, ovarian cystadenoma （10 cases, 12 masses）, ovarian cystadeno-carcinoma（4 cases, 9 masses）, ovarian endometrial cyst （11 cases,15 masses）, ovarian cyst （16 cases, 21 masses）,tubal abscess or hydrosalpinx（6 cases, 9 masses）, pelvic cystic infected mass（5 cases, 5 mass-es）, and miscellaneous （4 cases）. Conclusion The application of MSCT for diagnosis of cystic mass in female pelvis has obvious characteristics, which is of high value for the diagnosis of cystic mass in female pelvis.
