摘    要:目的:分析膝关节半月板嵌顿的磁共振成像(MRI)影像学特征,提高膝关节半月板嵌顿的诊断正确率。方法回顾分析25例经MRI检查及临床治疗或手术证实的病例。结果25例患者中,内侧半月板嵌顿11例,外侧半月板嵌顿14例;半月板前角15例,半月板后角10例;伴有半月板损伤12例,其中Ⅰ级损伤9例,Ⅱ至Ⅲ级损伤3例;伴有同侧副韧带损伤9例。结论 MRI检查能及时准确诊断半月板嵌顿,观察半月板损伤情况,对伴有Ⅱ级以上撕裂伤的半月板,能为临床提供可靠依据。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) characteristics of knee meniscal in-carceration, to improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis of knee meniscus incarceration. Methods A retrospective analysis of 25 cases confirmed by MRI examination and clinical therapy or operation. Results Of the 25 patients, 11 cases with medial meniscal incarceration, 14 cases with lateral meniscal incarceration, the anterior horn of meniscus in 15 cases, the posterior horn of meniscus in 10 cases, 12 cases with meniscus injury, including grade I injury in 9 cases, grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ injury in 3 cases, 9 cases with the collateral ligament injury. Conclusion MRI examination can make sure the diagnosis of knee meniscal incarceration, and is helpful to improve the diagnostic level, and provide accurate diagnosis references for clinical work.
