登革热的胸部 CT 表现

目的：探讨登革热的CT表现。方法回顾性分析75例经临床确诊的登革热患者的胸部CT资料。结果胸部CT中，17例表现为阴性，58例有阳性表现，主要表现有肺间质病变、胸腔积液、胸膜增厚、肺大泡，其中肺间质实变的表现有磨玻璃样改变17例，双侧肺纹理增多14例，肺小叶间隔增厚15例，长索条9例，胸膜下线7例，气腔结节6例，另外，胸腔积液22例，叶间胸膜积液3例，肺大泡5例，胸膜增厚4例。结论登革热的胸部CT表现以肺间质病变等为主要特点，结合临床表现及实验室检查可提高对登革热的认识。

CT appearance of dengue fever in the chest

Objective To describe and analyze the chest CT appearance in dengue fever. Methods Imaging data of chest CT in 75 patients with dengue fever was retrospectively analyzed. Results On chest CT of dengue fever,17 cases were negative, 58 cases were positive. The main performance was interstitial abnormalities, pleural ef-fusion, pleural thickening, bullae. And there were ground-glass opacity（n=17）, dual markings increased disorder（n=14）, interlobular septal thickening（n=15）, parenchymal bands（n=9） , subpleural line（n=7）, air-space nodules（n=6）, pleural effusion （n=22）,interlobar effusion （n=3）, bullae （n=5）, pleural thickening （n=4）. Conclusion Dengue fever has some characteristic imaging features. And the main features were interstitial abnormalities. Combined the chest CT appear-ance with clinical manifestation and laboratory findings, the diagnostic accuracy can be improved.
