衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法定量分析西咪替丁A晶型的含量

摘    要: 目的建立西咪替丁A晶型的含量测定方法。方法采用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法定量分析技术测定西咪替丁A晶型的含量。结果西咪替丁吸收度的峰高比与其浓度呈良好的线形关系,相关系数r=0.9991,平均回收率为101.0%,RSD 2.5%。结论本方法操作简便、快速、专属性高、结果满意。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of cimetidine polymorphic form A. METHODS Attenuated Total Reflectance-Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR) was used to determine the content of cimetidine polymorphic form A. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between the peak high ratio of absorbance and the cimetidine A concentration(r=0.9991), the average reovery was 101.5%, and relative standard deviation was 2.5%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, fast, specific and the results are satisfactory.
