环孢素A与雄激素治疗再生障碍性贫血的疗效观察

目的：评价环孢素A联合雄激素治疗再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法：诊断为再生障碍性贫血的33例患者随机分为观察组17例及对照组各16例，观察组在综合治疗的基础上加用环孢素A治疗，比较两组治疗前后血常规及CD4及CD8水平进行分析，经χ^2检验，疗效比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结果：两组有效率分别为100％，93．8％。经χ^2检验（P〈0．01），差异有统计学意义。结论：环孢素A治疗再生障碍性贫血疗效显著。

Cyclosporine A combined androgen treatment of aplastic anemia

Objective： To evaluate the cyclosporine A combined androgen treatment of aplastic anemia. Methods： Diagnosis of aplastic anemia 33 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 17,16 cases, the observation group in the integrated treatment based on the use of eyclosporine A treatment, compared between the two groups before and after treatment and blood CD4 . CD8 level of analysis, by the X2 test, the more significant difference in efficacy （P〈0.O1）. Results： The observation group were efficient and the cure rate was 100%, 93.8%. By X2 test, there was a significant difference. Conclusion： Cyclosporine A significant therapeutic effect.
