| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨苦丁茶皂苷类物质（Kudingcha total saponins,KDC-TS)对离体兔血管的作用。方法：以离体兔胸主动脉条为标本，用去甲肾上腺素（NE）、氯化钾（KC1）和氯化钙(CaCl2)制作离体血管收缩模型的量－效曲线，观察KDC－TS对以上3种量－效曲线的影响。结果KDC－TS可使NE、CaCl2量－效曲线非平行右移，最大效应（Emax)降低。结论KDC－TS可对抗NE、CaCl2所致血管收缩，但对KC1所致的兔主动脉条收缩无明显影响。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of KDC-TS on the isolated aortic strips from rabbits.Methods The fluctuation of the dose-response curve in duced by norpinephrine(NE), KCl and CaCl 2 influenced by KDC-TS was observed. Results KDC-TS could shift the dose-response curves of NE and CaCl 2 to the right, and decreased their maximal response. Conclusion KDC-TS can obviously inhibit the contraction of the aortic strips induced by NE and CaCl 2,but with no effect on the dose-response curve of KCl. |
