| 摘 要： | 医疗质量是一个医院信誉和诚信的核心,是医院生存和发展的基础。病案质量管理的重要组成贯穿于医院医疗质量管理的全过程.加强病案管理是促进医疗质量提高的重要手段之一。对病案管理进行三级监控流程,大大提高了病案质量和医疗质量。
