KLK10在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及其意义

目的:研究KLK10蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及其与雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化法检测10例卵巢良性肿瘤、12例交界性肿瘤和45例恶性肿瘤中KLK10蛋白与ER和PR的表达,分析KLK10蛋白表达与上皮性卵巢癌临床病理及生存状态的关系,并分析KLK10蛋白与ER和PR表达的相关性。结果:①在卵巢良性、交界性和恶性肿瘤组织中KLK10蛋白表达的阳性率分别为10.00%、58.33%和86.67%,三者间阳性率比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②KLK10蛋白表达的阳性率在晚期组高于早期组,中低分化组高于高分化组,有淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组,生存时间<5年组高于≥5年组(P<0.05)。③KLK10蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与ER和PR没有相关性。④KLK10(-)、PR(+)和KLK10(+)、PR(-)者5年生存率分别为66.67%和8.33%,两组生存率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:KLK10蛋白可作为上皮性卵巢癌预后标志物。

The expression and clinical value of KLK10 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma

Objective:To explore the expression and the correlation between KLK10 protein and estrogen receptor,progestogen receptor.Methods:The expression levels of KLK10 protein,estrogen receptor,progestogen receptor in 10 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumors,12 cases of borderline tumors and 45 cases of malignant tumors were detected by immunohistochemical staining,the relationship between the expression of KLK10 protein and clinicopathologic information and survival state was analyzed and the correlation between the expression of KLK10 protein and estrogen receptor,progestogen receptor.Results:①The positive rates of KLK10 protein in benign,borderline and malignant ovarian tumors were 10%,58.33% and 86.87%,respectively,there was significant difference(P<0.05).②There was significant difference in positive rates of KLK10 protein between different clinical stages,pathologic grades,with and without lymphatic metastasis,survival time less than 5 years and more than 5 yeas(P<0.05).③There was no positive correlation between the expression of KLK10 protein and the levels of estrogen receptor,progestogen receptor.④The 5-year-survival rates of patients with KLK10(-) PR(+) and KLK10(+) PR(-) were 66.67% and 8.33%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:KLK10 protein maybe a biomarker of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
