4752例妇女乳腺疾病普查分析报告

目的:了解妇女乳腺疾病患病情况,通过普查使乳腺疾病早发现、早治疗。方法:2007年1月～6月,应用乳腺近红外线诊断仪对我院辖区4 752例妇女进行乳腺疾病普查,发现乳房肿块继续行乳腺彩超、钼靶摄像、针吸细胞学、活检等检查,发现乳头溢液行溢液涂片检查。结果:查出乳腺疾病1 784例(37.54%),乳腺增生症1 691例(35.59%),乳腺纤维腺瘤42例(0.88%),导管扩张症6例(0.13%),脂肪瘤30例(0.63%),乳腺癌2例(0.04%),其它13例(0.27%)。城镇妇女乳腺疾病患病率显著高于农村妇女(P<0.01),中年女性发病率较高。结论:需进一步提高妇女乳腺保健意识,积极开展乳腺疾病普查和加大普查工作力度,对乳腺癌预防有重要意义。

General investigation on 4 752 women with breast diseases

Objective:To observe the general condition of breast diseases of women in Tongzhou District,find early and treat women with breast diseases by general investigation.Methods:4 752 women underwent general investigation from January to June 2007 by near infrared scanning,some women with breast mass were examined ultrasound,mammography,needle biopsy,pathology examination and smear examination.Results:1 784 women suffered from breast diseases and the incidence was 37.54%,including 1 691 cases of breast hyperplasia(35.59%),42 cases of breast fibroadenoma(0.88%),6 cases of breast duct expandition(0.13%),30 cases of adipoma(0.63%),2 cases of breast carcinoma(0.04%) and 13 cases of other diseases(0.27%).The incidence of breast diseases of women in town was significantly higher than that in country(P<0.01),the incidence of middle-aged women was the highest.Conclusion:The self-health care consciousness of women should be improved.It is significative to strengthen the general investigation and general therapy
