13年间围产儿死亡原因及变化趋势分析

目的:探讨围产儿死亡的相关因素,为制定有针对性的预防措施,有效降低围产儿死亡率提供依据。方法:对1995～2007年间深圳市盐田区各医疗单位上报的围产儿死亡报告卡、年终报表活产数及补漏情况进行分析。结果:13年间围产儿死亡率为10.3‰,2007年围产儿死亡率降到6‰以下。13年间围产儿死亡前3位为:出生缺陷、新生儿疾病、胎儿因素,近7年出生缺陷是围产儿死亡第1位原因。结论:做好出生缺陷"三级预防",提高孕期保健意识,加强新生儿护理,是降低围产儿死亡的重要举措。

Analysis on death causes and changes trends in perinatal infants during 13 years

Objective:To explore the effect factors of perinatal mortality,form a pertinent prevention and provide significant evidences for reducing perinatal mortality.Methods:The investigation was based on death statements,annual reports and their supplements from all of medical institutions of perinatal infants in Yantian district of Shenzhen from 1995 to 2007.Results:The perinatal mortality was 10.3‰ during past 13 years,the perinatal mortality reduced under 6‰ in 2007.The top three effect factors of perinatal mortality were:birth disfigurement,neonatal diseases and embryo factor.Birth disfigurement took the top place of that cause perinatals' deaths for last seven years.Conclusion:Preparing the "tertiary prevention" of birth disfigurement,improving the health education in gestation period and enhancing the neonatal nursing are the three most important methods for reducing perinatal mortality.
