PMNS在小鼠阴道假丝酵母菌感染中的作用

摘    要:目的:通过对阴道假丝酵母菌病小鼠模型血液和阴道灌洗液中多形核中性粒细胞(PMNS)与cfu(菌落形成单位)计数的研究,探讨PMNS代表的先天免疫在小鼠阴道假丝酵母菌病中的作用。方法:构建1次感染和2次感染阴道假丝酵母菌病小鼠模型,在感染后的第2、7、14天检测小鼠血液和阴道灌洗液中PMNS和cfu计数。对照组为正常小鼠。结果:无论是1次感染还是2次感染的小鼠,阴道灌洗液及血液中PMNS(在白细胞中的比例)和cfu计数均在感染后的第7天最高。对感染后的相同时间进行比较,接受2次感染的小鼠,其阴道灌洗液及血液中PMNS和cfu计数比接受1次感染小鼠的含量均增高,而且阴道灌洗液中的含量均高于血液。对照组阴道灌洗液PMNS和cfu计数均未检测到,血液中的含量低于其他两组。结论:PMNS在对抗阴道假丝酵母菌病中起保护作用,特别是对于2次感染,且局部作用大于系统作用。说明PMNS所代表的先天免疫在宿主防御机制中起一定的作用。

The role of polymorphonuclear neutrophils in vaginal candidiasis
Abstract:Objective:To study the innate immunity in rat models of vaginal candidiasis by detecting the content variation of polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNS) and cfu in blood and vaginal fluids during the whole infection.Methods:All rat models were divided into three groups randomly. The first group was infected only once and the second group was infected twice. The contents variation of PMNS and cfu in blood and vaginal fluids of first and second groups were detected on days 2, 7 and 14 postinfection. The third group was control group.Results:The contents variation of PMNS and cfu in vaginal fluids and blood were highest on days 7 in both groups. According to the same days postinfection, the contents variation of PMNS and cfu in vaginal fluids and blood in the second group were higher than those in the first group, also the contents variation in vaginal fluids were higher than those in blood. The contents variation of PMNS and cfu in the third group in vaginal fluids were not deteced, which were lower than those in the other groups in blood.Conclusion:PMNS plays an important role in protecting against vaginal candidiasis, especially in secondary infection, and the local role is more important than systemic role. The innate immunity represented by PMNS plays a role in host defense mechanisms.
