摘 要: | 目的 :观察电磁场对人体血液粘度的影响。方法 :对总量为 12 8万千瓦电站内不同条件下居住 1~ 2年的青年人和同地区电站外生活的青年人血液流变学有关指标 ,(包括红细胞压积、血浆比粘度、切变率为 10s- 1 、2 0s- 1 、4 0s- 1 、70s- 1 和 110s- 1 的全血粘度以及全血还原粘度等 )进行测试和分析。结果 :与电站外人群比较 ,电站内人群的红细胞压积无显著改变 ,血浆比粘度降低 ,各切变率下的全血粘度和全血还原粘度升高 (P <0 .0 1)。采取降低噪音影响和改善休息及睡眠条件的电站内人员与未经改善条件的电站内人群血流变学各项指标无显著性差异。结论 :电磁场环境中人体红细胞变形性减弱和聚集性增强可能是导致血液粘度增高的原因之一

Changes of The Blood Viscosity During in the Environment of Electromagnetic Fields in a High Content Power Station |

Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the influence of the electro magnetic fields for the blood viscosity.Method: The indexes of hemorheology were determined from population living in different environment in the power station and outside the power station for one or two years.Results: Not remarkable differences of hematocrit were found in three groups,but the blood viscosity and reduced blood viscosity in station of two groups were markedly higher than that in group outside station,the plasma viscosity in the two groups in station were lower than that in group outside station,there were no differences of above indexes in the two groups.Conclusion: In the power station both the RBC deformation decreased and the aggreation increased therefore the blood viscosity would be increase. |
