围绝经期妇女葡萄胎超声影像特点及临床转归分析

目的:探讨围绝经期妇女葡萄胎超声影像特点及临床转归的关系.方法:对19例围绝经期葡萄胎患者进行二维超声检查及彩色多普勒观察,并行血HCG测定,与经手术和病理证实的检查结果进行分析.结果:良性葡萄胎声像图表现可分为3种类型,彩色多普勒无特异性表现.侵蚀性葡萄胎均表现为蜂窝状回声,肌壁间病灶内可见丰富的低阻血流信号.结论:对于阴道不规则出血的围绝经期妇女,不能忽视葡萄胎的诊断,当超声图像不典型时,要注意结合血HCG的测定进行鉴别诊断,减少误诊率.

The relationship between characteristics of images and clinical changes with hydatidiform mole in peri-menopausal women

Objective:To investigate the relationship between characteristics of images and clinical changes in peri-menopausal women with hydatidiform mole by ultrasonography.Methods:Nineteen cases of peri-menopausal patients were diagnosed with color Doppler ultrasonography and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),and the results confirmed by surgical operations and pathologic finding.Results:Hydatidiform mole:its images could show in three types,and color Doppler flow did not show any peculiarity.Invasive mole:all cases showed honey combed patterns,and the abundant colored flows of low resistance could be shown in the lesions.Conclusion:It is necessary to maintain a high level of suspicion for the diagnosis of hydatidiform mole in peri-menopausal women who have abnormal vaginal bleeding.Especially when their ultrasonographic images were atypical,it is important to refer to fest HCG for differential diagnosis.
