超短波治疗高原肺水肿咳嗽疗效观察

目的探讨高频短超波治疗高原肺水肿咳嗽的效果。方法将91例中度病情的高原肺水肿随机分为常规治疗组（对照组）和常规治疗加超短波治疗组（实验组），对照组按常规使用吸氧（2L/min）、速尿、地塞米松、氨茶碱静脉注射治疗，实验组在常规治疗的基础上加用超短波治疗，观察两组病人咳嗽消失时间。结果实验组咳嗽消失时间较对照组明显缩短，P〈0．01，两组比较具有显著性差异。结论超短波治疗高原肺水肿可缩短咳嗽病程，具有较好疗效。

The Curative Effect Observation of Ultrashort Wave in Treating Cough Caused by High- altitude Pulmonary Edema

Objective To discuss the curative effect of high- frequency uhrashort wave in treating cough caused by high- altitude pulmonary edema. Methods 91 cases with high - altitude pulmonary edema at medium stage were randomly divided into 2 groups ： treatment group and control group; the routine treatment with oxygen inhalation （2L/min.） and intravenous injection of frusemide, dexamethasone and aminophylline was given to control group while a combined treatment with the routine treatment and oxygen inhalation was given to the treatment group ; the duration of cough in each group was observed. Results The duration of cough in treatment group was much shorter than that in control group ; the difference between the 2 groups was of obvious significance. Conclusion Ultrashort wave is effective in treating cough Caused by high- altitude pulmonary edema and can shorten the duration of cough.
