| 摘 要： | 目的对大鼠下颌下腺内神经型一氧化氮合酶(ncNOS)及神经营养因子(NT-3)进行定性和定位研究.方法取10只SD大鼠下颌下腺,进行HE染色和免疫组织化学染色.结果大鼠下颌下腺颗粒曲管、纹状管及小叶间导管上皮细胞呈ncNOS及NT-3免疫反应阳性,而腺泡细胞则为阴性.结论大鼠下颌下腺导管上皮中有ncNOS及NT-3的表达,提示下颌下腺具有复杂的分泌功能.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the localization and character of neuronal-constitutive nitric oxide synthase(ncNOS) and nerve neurotrophic factor 3(NT-3) in rat submandibular gland. Methods Submandibular glands from ten SD rats were used by hematoxylin-eosin and immunohistochemical staining. Results Granular convoluted tubule,striated duct and interlobular epithelia cells showed ncNOS and NT-3 immunoreactivity whereas the acinar cells were negative. Conclusion ncNOS and NT-3 was expressed in rat submandibular glands,suggesting complicated function of secretion in rat submandibular glands. |
