| 摘 要： | 本文对6例剖宫产术后晚期大出血患者,分别采用髂内动脉结扎术,子宫切除术和髂内动脉栓塞术,均取得良好的治疗效果。分析比较这三种方法,认为髂内动脉栓塞术具有简便、快速、安全、有效和并发症少等优点,且可反复应用。

| Abstract: | Six cases of severe late postpartum hemorrhage after caesarean section were treated by internal iliac artery ligation, hysterectomy and internal iliac artery embolization, respectively with satisfactory results. All patients were discharged home fully recovered. After careful evaluation of these treatment methods, we are convinced that therapeutic embolization has the advantages of being simple to perform, rapid, safe, efficacious, free of complications, and above all, being easily repeated. Therefore, it is reasonable to assuma that it may replace the conventional surgical treatment for such patients. |
