摘    要:目的观察血管内皮生长因子检测标本不同的采集保存条件对检测结果的影响。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法对不同采集保存条件下的标本检测,读取吸光度(OD)值。结果新采集标本或标本放于-70℃效果较好。结论检测标本的采集与保存不同对检测结果有较大的影响。

Abstract:Objective To observe the impact of different collect and preserve conditions on the specimens of vascular endothelial growth factor to the test results.Methods The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was applied to examine the specimens from the different collect and preserve conditions and read the absorbance (OD) value.Results The results showed new specimens or specimens kept in-70 ℃ were effective.Conclusion The different collect and preserve conditions to specimens has great impact on test results.
