子痫前期患者内皮素受体A基因G-231A多态性的研究

目的:探讨内皮素受体A(EDNRA)G-231A基因多态性与子痫前期有无关联。方法:用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析法(PCR-RFLP),对成都地区220例子痫前期患者(其中轻度71例,重度149例)和270例健康对照组孕妇EDNRA基因G-231A多态性进行检测。结果:子痫前期组和正常孕妇组EDNRA基因G-231A位点A等位基因频率分别为35.9%、31.3%,两组之间等位基因频率分布无显著差异(P>0.05);重度子痫前期组与轻度子痫前期组比较,A等位基因频率分别为36.3%、35.2%,二者无显著差异(P>0.05)。此外,子痫前期组和正常孕妇组不同基因携带者收缩压和舒张压水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:本研究未发现EDNRA基因G-231A多态性与子痫前期发病有关联。

The G-231A polymorphism in the endothelin type A receptor gene with pre-eclampsia

Objective:To explore the relationship between the genotype and allele frequency of G-231A in the endothelin type A receptor(EDNRA)gene in pre-eclampsia.Methods:We collected 220 pregnant women with pre-eclampsia and 270 healthy pregnant women as contrast and analysed the relationship between the polymorphism of G-231A in the endothelin type A receptor gene in pregnant women and pre-eclampsia by using the technique of polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Results:The A allele frequencies in G-231A site of endothelin type A receptor in pre-eclampsia and normal pregnant women were 35.9% and 31.3%,respectively.No significant difference in the allele frequencies was observed between pre-eclampsia and normal pregnant women(P>0.05).The A allele frequencies in G-231A site of endothelin type A receptor in severe pre-eclampsia and mild pre-eclampsia were 36.3% and 35.2% respectively and there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).There was no significant effect of the different genotypes on level of blood pressure in pre-eclampsia or control groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:No evidence was found in this study for the association of endothelin type A receptor G-231A polymorphism with pre-eclampsia.
