山莨菪碱对家兔肾上腺素型肺水肿的影响

摘    要:目的探讨山莨菪碱对家兔肾上腺素型肺水肿的影响。方法将家兔随机分成生理盐水对照组、肾上腺素实验组和654-2治疗组,三组均给予100 ml/kg生理盐水静滴,在此基础上,实验组给予肾上腺素0.7 mg/kg复制肺水肿模型,然后给予生理盐水做对照治疗,治疗组则给予654-2 20 ml/kg进行治疗,对照组分别给予等量生理盐水作对照。观察记录不同时间点血压和呼吸频率的变化,并比较肺系数和肺组织的病理变化。结果肾上腺素注射后血压明显升高,呼吸急促并维持一段时间,后血压下降,呼吸变慢变浅;654-2治疗后可降低血压(96.9±39.9 mmHg vs实验组135.5±25.7 mmHg,P〈0.05),明显减慢呼吸频率(63±4.8次/min vs实验组84.8±13.7次/min,P〈0.01)且降低肺系数(4.91±0.34 vs实验组6.59±2.57,P〈0.05)。结论山莨菪碱对家兔肾上腺素型肺水肿有一定治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of 654-2 on pneumon edema of rabbits caused by AD.Methods Copy the model of pneumon edema on rabbits by using of AD,and randomly divided the rabbits into the blank group with normal saline(100ml/kg,180d/min),the experiment group with AD and the treatment group with 654-2.In the experiment group,to give AD with 0.7mg/kg in addition to normal saline with the same dosage for the blank group(100ml/kg,180d/min).To give 654-2 with 20ml/kg for the treament group,dosage of normal saline and AD the same with the former.Monitor the changement of blood pressure(BP),respiration(R),lung coefficient and pathological change of the lung between prior-treatment and post-treatment.Results After the AD injection,the blood pressure increased remarkably,breathed rapidly and kept the state for a short time.Then the blood pressure reduced and respiration became weaker.654-2 reduced the blood pressure of rabbits(96.94 ±39.92mmHg vs experiment group135.47±25.74mmHg,P0.05),decreased the breath frequency remarkably(63±4.81/min vs experiment group 84.75 ±13.71/min,P0.01)and reduced lung coefficient(4.91±0.34 vs experiment group 6.59±2.57,P0.05).Conclusion Injecting 654-2 Achieved the therapeutic effect on pneumon edema of rabbits caused by AD.
