| 摘 要： | 目的研究败血症患儿血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的变化及其临床意义。方法将165例受试对象分为败血症组(118例)和正常对照组(47例),比较两组血中IL-6、CRP的差异。结果新生儿败血症组IL-6和CRP水平急性期分别为(252.65±54.13)ng/L和(16.42±9.11)mg/L,恢复期为(63.12±15.77)mg/L,正常对照组为(55.42±18.63)ng/L和(3.55±1.34)mg/L(P0.01);新生儿败血症组IL-6和CRP水平急性期明显高于正常对照组,急性期明显高于恢复期差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论IL-6和CRP可作为新生儿败血症快速有效诊断的检测指标。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the changes and significance of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein (CRP)in neonatal sepsis.METHODS 165 newborn infants were selected into two groups,which were septic group(118 cases)and control group(47 cases).Serum IL-6 and CRP levels were measured of the patients in two groups and comparisons were done between them.RESULTS The levels of serum IL-6 and CRP in septic acute stag control group.The levels of serum IL-6 and CRP in septic group were significantly higher than that in control group,and significantly higher in acute than that in restoration stage(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS Serum IL-6 and CRP can be used as rapid diagnostic markers for neonatal sepsis. |
