上海市金山区3514例药品不良反应报告分析

目的:了解上海市金山区药品不良反应(ADR)发生的规律与特点。方法:对我区ADR监测中心2009-2010年收集到的3514例ADR报告,按申报来源、患者性别、年龄、药品类型、ADR累及器官或系统、给药途径等进行统计、分析。结果:男、女之比为1:1.29;抗感染药引起的ADR占43.34%;消化系统、皮肤及其附件、神经系统的损害较为常见,分别为29.27%、26.77%、11.72%;注射给药引起的ADR较多,为61.34%;ADR以医师申报为主,有2270例。结论:ADR在临床药物治疗中较常见,应促进ADR监测工作深入开展,尽可能避免和减少ADR发生,达到安全、有效的用药目的。

Analysis of 3 514 ADR Cases in Shanghai Jinshan District

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the regularity and characteristics of ADR cases in Shanghai jinshan district.METHODS:3 514 ADR cases were collected from ADR monitoring center in our district during 2009-2010,and then analyzed statistically in respect of source,patient’s gender,age,drug types,organs or systems involved in ADR,route of administration,etc.RESULTS:The ratio of male to female was 1:1.29;43.34% ADR were caused by anti-infectious drugs;digestive system injury,lesion of skin and its appendants,nervous system injury were the common symptom,accounting for 29.27%、26.77%、11.72%;most of ADR were caused by intravenous injection,accounting for 61.34%;ADR cases were mainly reported by doctor,accounting for 2 270 cases.CONCLUSION:ADR is common in the clinical treatment.ADR monitoring should be strengthened in-depth to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions as much as possible and achieve safe and effective drug use.
