雷公藤多苷片联合克龄蒙治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效初探

目的:探讨雷公藤多苷片联合克龄蒙对多囊卵巢综合征患者的疗效。方法:收集已生育且无生育要求的多囊卵巢综合征患者30例,给予雷公藤多苷片和克龄蒙片。分别于月经第2天测定性激素6项、血常规、肝肾功能以及经阴道超声。结果:经3个周期治疗后,子宫体积与第1月经周期相比,体积增大(P<0.05);卵巢体积和平均窦卵泡个数明显减少(P<0.01)。性激素水平检测显示,第四月经期的FSH比与第一月经周期相比,水平降低(P<0.05),而LH和T水平则是明显降低(P<0.05)。肝肾功能及血常规结果在治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:雷公藤多苷片联合克龄蒙可以有效治疗多囊卵巢综合征,其具体机制可能是通过多环节对卵巢和子宫发挥免疫抑制作用。

Preliminary study on the effect of Tripterygium Wilfordii and Climen on polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tripterygium Wilfordii and Climen on polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:30 patients with PCOS were collected and administrated by Tripterygium Wilfordii and Climen.The level of Hormone,blood routine,hepatic and renal function and transvaginal ultrasonography were observed carefully on the second day of menstruation.Results:The volume of uterine increased significantly compared with the first menstrual cycle(P<0.05),however the ovarian volume and the average numbers of antral follicle significantly decreased(P<0.01).The level of FSH decreased significantly compared with the first menstrual cycle(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in LH and T during 4 menstrual cycles.There was no obvious affection on liver,kidney function and hematological index during treatment.Conclusion:Tripterygium Wilfordii and Climen combined application is an effective treatment for PCOS and the possible mechanism is thought that Tripterygium Wilfordii might play immunosuppressive function on uterine and ovary through several sections.
