胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊断与治疗

胰腺囊性肿瘤是一类较为少见的肿瘤,由于其生长缓慢且位置较深,症状和体征均缺乏典型性,临床上容易误诊或漏诊。近年来,随着胰腺外科和影像学等专业的发展,对胰腺囊性肿瘤的研究不断深入,并已取得不少进展,这对于帮助早期诊断胰腺囊性肿瘤,决定治疗方案,选择手术方式和预测疾病预后都起到了积极的作用。笔者就胰腺囊性肿瘤的临床诊断与治疗的进展作一综述。

Diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cystic tumors

Cystic tumors of the pancreas are relatively rare,and are often misdiagnosed or neglected in clinical practice due to slow growth,deep location and the lack of typical symptoms and signs.With the development of pancreatic surgery and imaging techniques in recent years,as well as the continued investigation of pancreatic cystic tumors,considerable progress has been achieved in this field.These have promoted the early detection,treatment planning,and choice of surgical procedure and estimating the prognosis for pancreatic cystic tumors.This paper reviews the advances in clinical diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.
