木芙蓉叶的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立木芙蓉叶的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别、薄层色谱(TLC)法对木芙蓉叶进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对药材中有效成分芦丁进行含量测定。结果:木芙蓉叶显微特征明显;TLC斑点清晰、分离度好;芦丁进样量在0.0188~0.9412μg(r=0.9996)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.97%,RSD=1.97%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于木芙蓉叶的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the quality control of Hibiscus mutabilis. METHODS: Microscopic identification, TLC and HPLC were used to identify H. mutabilis quantitatively. HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of active component rutin. RESULTS: Microscopic characteristics of H. mutabilis was distinguishing. TLC spots were clear and well-separated. The linear range of rutin was 0.018 8~0.941 2 μg(r=0.999 6) with an average recovery rate of 97.97% (RSD=1.97%,n=6). CONCLUSION: The etablished standard can be used to control the quality of H. mutabilis.
