72例注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠不良反应报告分析

目的了解注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠不良反应在我市的发生情况,为临床安全合理用药提供科学参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对淄博市2008年收集的72例注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠不良反应病例报告进行分类统计和分析评价。结果本组资料中,男性41例（56.94%）,女性31例（43.06%）;不良反应以老年人及儿童居多;不良反应一般较轻,严重不良反应12例（16.67%）;经采取治疗措施后治愈64例（88.89%）,好转8例（11.11%）;主要临床表现为皮疹、瘙痒等过敏反应。结论继续加强抗菌药物的不良反应监测,提高临床合理用药水平。

Analysis of 72 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection

Objective To investigate ADR of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection occurred in our city, which could provide scientific reference for the safety of clinical rational drug use. Methods It analyzed and evaluated 72 ADR reports of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection collected in 2008 by retrospective study. Results It concluded 41 cases of male（56.94%） and female 31 cases （43.06%）, the majority of ADR occurred in older and children, most ADR relatively were light in addition to 12 serious cases（16.67%）. There were 64 cases of post-cured（88.89%）, and 8 cases of improvement（11.11%） taken by treatment. The main clinical manifestations were skin rashes, itching and other allergic reactions. Conclusion Continue to strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions of antimicrobial agents and improve the level of chnical rational use of drug.
