阳泉市交通民警健康监护及职业环境因素调查分析

目的探讨职业环境因素对交通民警健康的影响,为职业防护提供依据。方法对阳泉市区交通岗进行职业卫生学调查,对交通民警186人和对照组164人进行健康检查,并对结果进行对比分析。结果交通民警中常见的有慢性咽炎、小支气管通气功能障碍、高脂血症和高脂蛋白血症等12种疾病;与对照组比较,除高血压外,其他疾病检出率均明显高于对照组。同时对5个交通岗进行了环境监测,结果发现空气中飘尘、二氧化氮和噪声超过国家标准。结论交通民警中常见病的发生与职业环境因素有密切关系,建议加强城市环境的治理,同时提高个人防护意识

Investigation on Health Supervision and Occupational Environment Factors among Traffic Police in Yangquan City
