无创呼吸机纠正胸腹手术后的低氧血症评价

摘    要:目的评价Knightstar-330无创呼吸机治疗胸腹手术后低氧血症患者的疗效。方法将21例符合诊断标准的胸腹手术后低氧血症患者随机分为两组,印治疗组(n=11)与对照组(n=10),进行分组治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加用Knightstar-330无创呼吸机治疗;对照组只给予常规治疗及鼻导管吸氧。结果治疗组11例中有10例在24h后病情缓解,1例恶化,改用有创通气;对照组10例中有3例在24h后病情基本缓解,另7例病情加重,使用有创或无创通气。结论Knightstar-330无创呼吸机治疗胸腹手术后的低氧血症有明显疗效,若对无创通气初期血气分析无改善者,要尽快进行有创通气。

Abstract:Objective To estimate the efficacy of non-invasive pressure support ventilation by Knightstar-330 in the treatment of the patients with hypoxemia after chest and abdomen operation(HACAO).Methods 21 patients with HACAO were divided into two groups at random.Therapy group(n=11) were treated with non-invasive pressure support ventilation by Knightstar-330 in addition to standard treatment,and control group were treated with standard treatment and sucking oxygen was given through nose pipe.Results The clinical symptoms of 10 cases were improved after 24 hours of non-invasive pressure support ventilation by Knightstar-330 in therapy group,the other one was changed to use invasive ventilation because of the worsen of the illness.In control group there were 3 cases improved at the same time,7 cases were changed to use non-invasive or invasive ventilation because of the aggravation of the illness.Conclusions It is effective to treat patients with HACAO with non-invasive pressure support ventilation by Knightstar-330.If it is not improved early in the treatment of the patients with HACAO by non-invasive ventilation,change to use invasive ventilation as soon as possible.
