| 摘 要： | 本实验采用大鼠腹腔内注射大剂量ＤＤＰ，同时经静脉和腹腔内注射ＳＴＳ，观察不同途径给药的解毒效果，为临床寻找更简单、有效的解毒方式提供实验依据。结果显示：腹腔注射组无论是肾功能还是组织学改变均优于静脉注射组。两者比较具有显著性差异。

| Abstract: | To compare the effects of protection against the toxicity of high dose cisplatin(DDP)injected intraperitoneally, concurrent administrations of sodium thiosulfate(STS)in two ways, intravenous and intraperitonal, were carried out in experimental rats. The results demostrated that the nephrotoxicities and the histological changes were more slight in intraperitoneal group than that in intravenous group. The differences between the two groups were significant statistically. |
