| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锥颅穿刺引流结合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血和脑室出血的临床疗效、适应症、禁忌症及其独特优点。方法共收集经此方法治疗的98例病人,应用自制锥颅穿刺工具穿刺血肿和侧脑室,抽吸、引流、尿激酶溶解血肿和脑室出血。结果生存87例,死亡11例,生存率88.8%,死亡率11.2%。结论锥颅穿刺引流结合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血和脑室出血快速、简便、创伤小、恢复快、具有良好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect,indication,contraindication and characteristic forte of boring skull and drainaging hematoma with urokinase to treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods 98 patients were treated with Use self-made tools to bore skull and punct hematoma and lateral cerebral ventricle,then to suck,drainag and dissolve hematoma which in cerebral hemisphere and cerebral ventricle with urokinase.Results Among 98 patients,the survival rate was 88.8%.Conclusion The method to bore skull and drainag hematoma with urokinase to treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and intraventricular hemorrhage has certain therapeutic effect,quickly,convenient,smaller trauma and faster recovery. |
