妇科手术患者医院感染的特点及护理措施

目的探讨妇科手术患者医院感染发生的特点,寻求有效的护理措施。方法2001年1月-2004年12月,对我院妇科2035例住院手术患者中确诊为医院感染的61例病例进行回顾性分析,总结感染特点。结果妇科手术患者医院感染发生率为2.99%,感染部位以呼吸道感染居多,占60.66%;其次为腹部切口感染,占27.87%;再次为泌尿系统感染,占9.83%。结论加强病区环境管理,保持室内通风,定期空气消毒,严格无菌技术操作,提高机体免疫力,是控制妇科手术患者医院感染的主要措施。

Features and nursing measures forpatients with nosocomial infection after gynecological operations

Objective In order to explore the features and effective nursing interventions for female patients with nosocomial infection after gynecological operations. Methods There were 61 nosocomial infectious cases among 2035 gynecological in-patients from January in 2001 to December in 2004, the infective character and counter nursing measures were analyzed retrospectively. Results The incidence rate of nosocomial infection after gynecological operations was 2.99%, respiratory tract infection ranked first and accounted for 60.66%, whil th esecondary was abdominal incision infection for 27.87%, urinary system infection for 9.83%. Conclusion Strengthening ward management, keeping well-vetilated,regular air disinfection, strictl aseptic technique, improving organic imunity are the key measures to control nosocomial infection after gynecological operations.
