大鼠扣带皮质各区的传入联系

摘    要:用HRP-TMB逆行追踪法研究了扣带皮质各区的传入联系。结果表明扣带各区间存在着纤维联系,与新、旧及中间皮质有联系,与皮质下结构间存在着较广泛的联系。扣带皮质前、后部的传入显著不同,例如与痛及抗痛反应有关的丘脑束旁核、尾状核、隔外侧核及中缝背核等主要与其前部相联系。此外,还观察到目前尚未见之报道的丘脑带旁核、梨状皮质及内嗅皮质投射到25区,脚间核投射到32和24区,隔外侧核投射到24区,斜角带核投射到扣带皮质的5个区域。关于脚间核和隔外侧核向扣带皮质的投射与本研究室脚间核、隔外侧核传出研究所见一致。

Abstract:The afferent connections of the cingulate areas were studied in rats by introducing HRP microelectrophoretically into the cingulate cortex. The sections were processed with TMB method. Our results were as follows: 1. There are connections among five areas of cingulate cortex. It receives also fibers from neocortex, paleocortex, mesocortex and subcortical nuclei. 2. The afferent connections of the anterior cingulate cortex are different from that of the posterior cingulate cortex. Some structures relating to acupuncture analgesia, for instance, caudate, lateral septal and partfascicular nuclei, project to anterior cingulate cortex. 3. The area 25 receives fibers from parataenial nucleus, piriform and entorhinal cortex, areas 32 and 25 receive fibers from interpeduncular nucleus, area 24 receives lateral septal nucleus fibers, and all areas of cingulate cortex receive projection from nucleus of diagonal band. These seem to have not been reported before, but the projections from interpeduncular and lateral septal nuclei are consistent with the results of efferent studies of these nuclei in our laboratory.
