| 摘 要： | 目的：了解沙眼衣原体在泌尿生殖道感染的情况。方法：采用ELISA法检测患者血清中的IgM抗体。结果：130例患者检出沙眼衣原体总阳性率为30．00％，其中男25．56％，女40．00％。结论：沙眼衣原体是泌尿生殖道感染的重要病原菌，应注意检查与防治。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study on relation between Chlamydia trachomatis and genitourinary infection.Methods:To examin IgM in serum of 130 patients with genitourinary infection by ELISA.Results:The total positive rate is 30.00% in 130 samples,in which the males are 25.56%,the females are 40.00%.Conclusions: Chlamydia trachomatis is major pathogenic bacteria in infection of genitourinary,should be detected and treated. |
