| 摘 要： | 自从Marx等2003年首次报道二膦酸盐类药物可导致颌骨骨坏死以来,与二膦酸盐相关的颌骨骨坏死逐渐引起了临床医师的关注。本文就二膦酸盐相关性颌骨骨坏死的诊断标准及流行病学、病因学、临床表现、预防和治疗现状作一综述。

| Abstract: | Since Marx et al first reported that osteonecrosis of the jaw was possibly associated with the use of bisphosphonates in 2003,more and more attentions were given to this new complication.This article summarized the diagnostic criteria,epidemiology,etiology,clinical manifestation,prevention and treatment of the bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw. |
