江浙沪地区正常[牙合]成人颅颌面的三维CT测量

摘    要:目的:探讨江浙沪地区正常牙合]成年人颅颌面部结构形态特征的美学关系及其内在规律。方法:选取江浙沪地区正常牙合]者50例(男22例,平均年龄22.9岁;女28例,平均年龄21.2岁),拍摄颅面部CT,运用SimPlant12.02软件(比利时)对颅面部CT影像进行三维重建及测量研究,建立数据库,采用SPSS11.0软件包进行成组t检验及直线同归分析。结果:软组织测量值较硬组织测量值个体差异明显。颅颌面软硬组织结构均表现出显著的性别特征差异(P〈0.05),但结构间的比例关系在男女间极为相近。结论:正常颅颌面三维结构间存在着比例协调的特征规律,研究建立的数据库可为颅颌面畸形的诊断分析、治疗方案设计提供参考。

Abstract:PURPOSE: To investigate the aesthetic relations and internal regularities of craniomaxillofaeial strtcture from adults with normal occlusion in Jiangsu.Zhejiang and Shanghai area. METHODS: 50 aduhs with normal occlusion (22 males, mean age, 22.9 years; 28 females, mean age, 21.2 years) were examined by spiral CT. Axial images of craniomaxillofaeial structure were reconstructed into 3-D models and 3-D measurements wel~ performed by using SimPlantl2.02 software(Belgium). The data was transferred into the database. Group t test and linear regression analyses in SPSS11.0 software package were used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: Individual differences of soft structure were bigger than those of skeletal structure. There were significant differences between both of soft and skeletal stnwture in different sexes (P〈0.05), but the ratio that represented the relationship of different structures was quite similar in both sexes. CONCLUSIONS: There are coordinative and hannonious aesthetic regularities in normal 3-D craniomaxillofacial structure. The database can provide references in diagnosis and treatment for craniofacial deformity.
