| 摘 要： | 目的：分析学龄前儿童眼外伤致伤因素，探讨其并发症，以期引起社会及家庭重视，做好预防工作。方法：回顾性分析122例儿童眼外伤临床资料。结果：致伤原因以锐器伤居多，其次为植物刺伤、玩具伤及爆炸伤等，其主要并发症有：白内障，角膜白班，视网膜脱落，睑裂伤等严重影响儿童视力。结论：应注意加强对学龄前儿童的卫生宣教和幼儿管理教育，随时注意防范眼部外伤的致伤因素，避免或降低眼外伤的发生。
