| 摘 要： | 目的考察注射用盐酸头孢替安与甲硝唑注射液配伍的稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定头孢替安与甲硝唑注射液配伍后常温（20℃）下8h内不同时间的含量，观察溶液的色泽及测定pH值。结果配伍液在常温下8h内药物含量、pH值和外观均无明显改变。结论头孢替安与甲硝唑注射液配伍后8h内稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the compatible stability of cefotiam hydrochloride for injection with metronidazole injection. Methods Content, color and pH value of the mixed solution at different time within 8 h after mixing under room temperature（20℃ ） were monitored by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, Results There were no significant changes in content, color and pH value for the mixed solution determined at different time within 8 h after mixing under room temperature（20℃）, Conclusion The mixture of cefotiam hydrochloride for injection with metronidazole injection can be stable within 8 h after mixing. |
