运动疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗作用

目的:观察物理因子配合运动疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的临床效果。方法:72例膝关节OA患者随机分为2组各36例,均给予短波治疗。观察组患者增加膝关节等长收缩训练、渐进抗阻训练等。治疗前后采用疼痛目测类比法(VAS)和膝关节功能评分评定膝关节疼痛程度及功能。结果:治疗1个月后,2组VAS评分明显低于治疗前(P0.05,0.01),且观察组明显低于对照组(P0.05);膝关节功能评分,观察组较治疗前及对照组有明显提高(P0.05)。结论:膝关节OA患者在治疗中增加运动疗法能明显提高临床治疗效果,促进膝关节功能恢复。

Effectiveness of Exercise Therapy for Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective：To analyze the clinical effectiveness of exercise therapy in combination with physical therapy for knee osteoarthritis.Methods：Total of 72 patients with knee osteoarthritis（OA）were randomly divided into a treatment group（36 patients）and a control group（36 patients）.Both groups received physical therapy,and the treatment group received additional exercise therapy.The parameters of assessment included Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）and joint function.Results：After treatment,the VAS was significantly decreased in both groups（P0.01 for treatment group,and P0.05 for control group）and there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Meanwhile,knee function of treatment group was improved more significantly than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Exercise therapy can decrease the level of pain in knee and improve knee function as well as the quality of life in OA patients.
