摘    要:研究了130例患者不同脏器的三维超声成像特点,并对其方法学进行了探讨。应用结果显示:三维超声成像能提供二维超声所难以显示的切面,丰富了图像信息.对于二维超声不易诊断的疾病,三维超产能提高其鉴别诊所能力.研究表明:实现腹部脏器的三维结构重建,提供正常及病变组织形态结构的立体图像.将对疾病的认识、诊断、手术治疗及组织形态学研究提供较大的帮助。

Abstract:In this paper, various organs of 130 subjects were. studied by using threedimensional ultrasound reconstruction, and methodological exploration and clinical features were discussed. The results showed that three-dimensional ultrasound could improve the differential diagnosis of some diseases which could not be diagnosed easily by twodimensional ultrasound. The image reconstruction of organic vascular tree is useful to recognition of its normal course as well as judgment of its abnormdlity and pressure. The present study indicated that the three-dimensional reconstruction of abdominal organs and the stereo images of normal and abnormal anatomical structures would be helpful in selecting surgical treatment and morphologic study for some diseases.
