| 摘 要： | 目的观察X线立体定向放射治疗复发性卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法应用立体定向放射治疗复发性卵巢癌22例。结果22例患者在治疗后1个月症状均有不同程度的缓解,CR 12例(54.5%),PR 5例(22.7%),SD 2例(9.1%),PD 3例(13.6%),总有效率为77.6%。结论X线立体定向放射治疗复发性卵巢癌有较好的近期疗效,且无明显放射性损害反应,可提高患者生活质量,延长患者生存期。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of X-ray stereotactic radiotherapy.Methods Treated the recurrent ovarian 22 cases altogether with stereotactic radiotheray.Results The symptoms of 22 cases were relieved in different degrees in 1 month after treated,CR 12 cases(54.5%),PR 5 cases(22.7%),SD 2 cases(9.1%),PD 3 cases(13.6%),the total effective rate is 77.6%.Conclusion The curative effect in the near future of X-ray stereotactic radiotherapy in treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer is relatively good,furthermore,it hasn't induced conspicuous radiolesion,the quality of surviving could be improved,and the life span could be extended. |
