| 摘 要： | 目的：总结内镜治疗上消化道异物的操作经验及体会。方法：对81例上消化道异物患者，采用Olympus GIF—XQ230电子胃镜及辅助器械进行直视下取出、内镜推挤处理异物。结果：78例成功取出异物，成功率96．2％，未出现大出血、穿孔、邻近脏器损伤等严重并发症。3例未能取出，转外科治疗。结论：内镜治疗上消化道异物具有安全、简便、经济、成功率高、病人痛苦少，创伤小等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the experience of gastroscope treatment for superior alimentary canal foreign bodies.Methods:In 81 cases with superior alimentary canal foreign bodies,we took out or jostled foreign bodies with OlympusGIF -XQ230 gastroscope and other assistant appliance.Result:In 81 patients,78 cases wree successfully to be taken out the foreign bodies with no bleeding and no perforation and near organ hurt.The success rate is 96.2%.3 cases failed and had surgery treatment.Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment for superior alimentary canal foreign bodies is a safe,simple and economical method.It's advantage also includes high success rate and little pain and hurt,etc. |
