前置胎盘并发胎盘植入4例

目的 ]探讨前置胎盘并发胎盘植入的高危因素 .方法 ]回顾性分析 4例前置胎盘并发胎盘植入患者临床资料 .结果 ]前置胎盘中并发胎盘植入的发生率为 4 % .4例中 ,行G5P0 自然流产 4次者 1例 ,行G2 P0 人工流产 1次者 1例 ,行G3P0 人工流产 2次者 1例 ,行G3P2 剖宫产 2次者 1例 ;3例为单胎 ,1例为双胎 ;完全性前置胎盘 2例 ,部分性前置胎盘和边缘性前置胎盘各 1例 ;4例均为部分性胎盘植入 ,且均植入于子宫下段 .结论 ]人工流产和剖宫产术是引起前置胎盘并发胎盘植入的高危因素 .

Clinical analysis of 4 cases of placenta previa combined with placenta implantation

OBJECTIVE?To study high risk complication of placenta previa combined with placenta implantation. ?METHODS?Using the retrospective analysis, the clinical analysis was performed in 4 cases of placenta previa combined with placenta implantation. ?RESULTS?Incidence rate of placenta previa combined with placenta implantation is 4%.In the 4 cases, 1 case had done 4 times of G 5P 0 spontaneous abortion, and 1 case had done 1 time of G 2P 0 induced abortion, and 1 case had done 2 times of G 3P 0 induced abortion, and 1 case had done 2 times of G 3P 2 cesarean section. In the 4 cases, 3 cases were monocyesis, and 1 case was twin pregnancy; 2 cases were complete placenta previa, and 1 case was partial placenta previa, and 1 case was marginal placenta previa. 4 cases were partial placenta implantation, and the placentas were embedded in lower segment of martrix.?CONCLUSION?The high risk complication of placenta previa combined with placenta implantation is induced abortion and cesarean section.
