提高悬浮细胞脂质体转染效率的方法

摘    要:目的:提高悬浮细胞脂质体转染效率。方法:将细胞分成6组,脂质体组、纤维蛋白(fibronectin)+脂质体组、电击+脂质体组、纤连蛋白+电击+脂质体组、辐射+脂质体组、纤维蛋白+辐射+脂质体组。各实验组均转染EGFP-N1质粒。计算转染效率。结果和结论:脂质体与其他条件组合使用,可以较好地提高悬浮细胞转染效率。

Abstract:Objective:To improve transfection efficiency of suspended cells.Methods:In order to know the efficiency of different liposome transfection methods,the cells were divided into six groups:GeneJammer;fibronection plus GeneJammer;electricity plus GeneJammer;fibronectin plus electricity and GeneJammer;radiation plus GeneJammer;fibronection plus radiation and GeneJammer.All groups were transfected by plasmid EGFP_N1.The transfection efficiency was computed.Results and Conclusions:The transfection efficiency was improved when GeneJammer was used in combinction with other factors.
