应用自控镇静术拔除阻生牙的临床研究

目的:评价自控镇静术在拔除阻生牙中的应用价值。方法:22例患者的双侧阻生下颌第三磨牙,分别在单纯局麻(L组)或自控镇静术联合局麻(PCS组)下拔除,观察两种麻醉的镇静效果和对呼吸循环的影响。结果:¹PCS 组和L组患者血压、心律稳定;两组患者脉搏氧饱和度均维持在97%以上,镇静评分小于或等于3分(Ramsy评分)。 ºPCS组术中和术后患者满意度、手术医师满意度都明显比L组高(P<0105)。结论:自控镇静术能提供安全有效的拔牙术中镇静,是一种具有应用价值的术中镇静方法。

Use of Patient-controlled Sedation During the Extraction of Impacted Teeth

Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical effects of patient_controlled sedation during the extraction of impacted tooth.Methods:The patient_controlled sedation with propofol was compared to non_sedation, in a randomized crossover study of 22 outpatients undergoing two_stage bilateral extraction of impacted third molar teeth under local anesthesia with 2% Lidocaine. Cardiovascular and respiratory stability and the effects of sedation were observed; postoperative memory was measured with delayed free recall.Results:The blood pressure and heart rates were stable and showed no difference in Group P and Group L(P>0 05). Haemoglobin oxygen saturation was maintained at a level of 97% or higher for all patients. Sedation was no deeper than 3 Ramsy scores. Intra_operative patient cooperation, postoperative patient satisfaction and surgeon satisfaction in group P were higher than those in group L(P<0 05). Conclusion:Patient_controlled sedation may be a safe and effective intraoperative sedation. ;
