摘    要:目的:观察创伤应激相关精神、行为异常与中枢神经细胞游离钙改变的关系。方法:在建立大鼠海马惊厥阈下电刺激创伤后应激障碍模型的基础上,采用Fura2/AM荧光标记技术,动态检测了大鼠海马、额叶皮层神经细胞内游离Ca^2 含量变化。结果:海马神经细胞内游离钙浓度于电刺激停止后12h明显升高,24h达高峰,1w时基本恢复;而额叶皮层只出现了短暂的细胞内钙浓度增高。结论:海马神经细胞Ca^2 调控异常可能是创伤应激相关精神、行为障碍的一个重要病理生理基础。

Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between trauma-related behavior disorder and intracellular free calcium alteration in central nervous system. Method: A stable and satisfied model of post-traumatic stress disorder was established and then the level of intracellular free calcium in rats' hippocampus and frontal cortex tissues was detected by Fura-2/AM. Result: It was showed that the level of intracellular free calcium in hippocampus increased significantly at 12 h after the last stimulation, and reached to the highest point at 24 h, but that in the frontal cortex increased temporally. Conclusion: It is suggested that the abnormality of calcium regulation in hippocampus after trauma plays an important role in trauma-related behavior disorder.
