磁共振成像显示犬下牙槽神经的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨磁共振成像显示犬下牙槽神经的方法及意义.方法 对犬分别于下牙槽神经离断前后进行磁共振三维磁化准备快速梯度回波序列扫描,采用最大信号强度投影、薄层最大信号强度投影、多平面重建等进行图像后处理,观察磁共振成像图像重建显示下牙槽神经情况.结果 磁共振成像结合图像后处理技术可清晰显示犬下牙槽神经离断前后情况.结论 磁共振图像重建可以清楚的显示犬的下牙槽神经,对临床上判断下牙槽神经状况及术中保护下牙槽神经有较大指导价值.

Abstract:Objective To explore the methods and clinical value of the display of the inferior alveolar nerve with MRI in dogs. Methods MR scanning was performed on dogs with 3D MP-RAGE sequence before and after the mutilation of the inferior alveolar nerve. The images were post-processed by maximum intensity projection, thin slice MIP and multi-planar reformation techniques. The display of the inferior alveolar nerve was evaluated. Results The inferior alveolar nerve was displayed clearly before and after the mutilation. Conclusion MRI is an effective technique of accurately displaying the inferior alveolar nerve and has clinical value for the treatment of mandibular diseases.
