| 摘 要： | 药物成瘾是一种慢性、复发性、患者不顾后果持续服药的强迫行为,属药物不良反应的一种类型.就影响药物成瘾的药学因素、社会因素、精神因素、遗传因素等进行探讨,并介绍一些药物的成瘾机制,供临床参考.大多数成瘾药物的撤药综合征是可治疗的,同时也需心理学方面的支持及长期监测.

| Abstract: | Drug addiction is a chronic,relapsing and compulsive drug-seeking behavior despite serious consequences.The influencing factors discussed here are pharmacologic,social,psycologic,genetic,include addictive mechanisms.Most symptoms of withdrawal syndrome are curable.Maintenance therapy of psychosocial support and continued monitoring are available. |
