鼻和鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤复发的预防和处理

目的：探索鼻和鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤术后复发的预防和有效的处理方法。方法：对8例显微手术后病人作鼻内窥镜及创面肉芽组织学检查的前瞻性观察。结果：发现2例（2个月内）有残留性复发，1例在术后1年有再生性（不在前次手术同一部位）复发。结论：显微手术作局限性根治辅以术后密切随访，可以避免反复的面部切口和大块组织切除，在保持生活质量基础上对处理原发和复发病变都是比较适宜的。

Prevention and interference for recurrence of nasal and sinus inverted papilloma

Objective: To explore recurrence of nasal and sinus inverted papilloma preventing and interfering method. Methods: 8 cases were prospectively investigated. The patients were followed up 13. 8±10 months after microsurgery. Results: 3 cases of them had tumor recurrence in postoperation of from 2 weeks to one year,respectively. There were found two types of recurrence: remained recurrence(sarne site within two months) and reproduced recurrence(no identical site, after one year). Conclusion: A limited radical microsurgery and closely following up postoperation can fit with nasal and sinus inverted papilloma, the repeated facial dissection and block tissues excision can be avoided.
