摘    要:目的:研究减肥茶中芬氟拉明的液相色谱分析测定方法。方法:对减肥茶中芬氟拉明采用水提取,C18小柱纯化(固相萃取法)和液相色谱分析含量,并用此方法进行实际样品的分析。结果:在液相色谱条件最优化过程中,发现芬氟拉明的保留时间主要由甲醇控制,三乙胺主要起调节作用,本方法的线性范围为0.2—2μg,茶中芬氟拉明浓度为25—75μg/ml时,方法的平均回收率为93.8%。结论:采用本方法可方便、准确地测定各种茶品中芬氟拉明含量。

Abstract:Objective: For hygienic supervision, we have developed a method to determine fenfluraminein diet tea by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC ). Mothods: It includes water extraction, purifywith C18 column (Solid Phase Extraction) and analysis fenfluramine by HPLC. Results: To optimize thechromatographic condition, we found the methanol mainly controls the retention time of fenfluramine and triethylamine restrains the absorption between the analyze and column cartridge. The linear range of fenfluramineis 0. 2~2μg. While the concentration of fenfluramine in diet tea is between 25μg/ml and 75μg/ml, the average recovery is 93. 8 %. Conclusion: It's an easy, accurate method to analyses the content of fenfluramine indiet tea.
