| 摘 要： | 本文报告了32例单纯性肥胖的女性服用国产芬氟拉明后,有抑制食欲,减少脂肪积聚作用,服药8周后平均腹围减少8.1cm,体重平均减轻4.7kg.有头晕、乏力、非腹泻性大使次数增多等副作用,但绝大多数人均能耐受.

| Abstract: | The paper reports 32 cases of femal simple obesity treated with Fenfluramine. It was observed that the drug had the actions of subduing the appetite and decreasing fat accumulation. After 8 weeks of taking the medicine, all the abdominal'perimeter was decreased by 8. 1cm and all the body weight by 4.7kg. It had the side-effects of dizziness, acratia and mutiple motions, but the majority were able to put up with them. |
